Last month bought couple of closeup filters for trying some macro shots, bought 52mm filter thread for the nifty fifty. These filters allowed me to get more close to the subject as apposed to the minimum distance of the lens. It was great trying with these filters as can get more close to the subjects. There are couple of advantages with these filters one being taking more close up shots without spending a lot of money. Second we can stack up all the filters to get even more closer. The main drawback what I noticed is that we are adding glass in front of the lens, so might loose the sharpness of the original lens. I didn’t liked the last couple of photos as there is lot of glow in the photos. These are the first set of photos didn’t tried later again, will try some other day.
I could have done much better or taken some nice photos but anyways this is the first try will learn more while trying. Got any nice tips on using these filters let me know and thanks for visiting.
